Urban Fiction? Paranormal? Sci-Fi? Magical Realism? It also didn’t help that I predicted the twist from the beginning so I didn’t even have the satisfaction of that to help how I would rate it. There is a bit of a twist at the end, but unfortunately for me, it was not enough to save the book. What in the American Horror Story is going on here?
